1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (?Terms?) govern your access to and use of our services, website, platforms, products, and interactions across all business divisions under Pribet Group Ghana, including but not limited to Pribet Solutions & Technology, Pribet Export and Imports, Pribet Oil and Gas, Pribet Multimedia Services, Pribet Rapid Maintenance Services, Pribet Portugal?s Concrete Factory, Pribet Constructions, ENERGEX, PEGAS Ghana, GOLDINK Mines, Pribet Spain?s Football Division, VAPRINT Ghana, and AUTOCAP.

By engaging with our company, using our website, or procuring any of our services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing our services under the supervision of a legal guardian. Use of our services by anyone under 18 is subject to parental consent.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, brand assets, logos, designs, and innovations under Pribet Group Ghana are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. USER CONDUCT

Users must not misuse our platforms or services. Prohibited activities include:

* Fraudulent transactions
* Distribution of malware or harmful code
* Harassment or abuse of company staff
* Unauthorized resale of our products or services
* Misrepresentation of affiliation with Pribet Group


6. PAYMENT & BILLING

All invoices are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise. Late payments may attract interest charges as permitted by Ghanaian law. Pribet Group Ghana reserves the right to withhold services for non-payment.


7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which varies by service type. Cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to review and possible fees, depending on the project stage.
 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pribet Group Ghana shall not be liable for:

* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
* Loss of data or business opportunities
* Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.)

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We implement appropriate data protection measures in compliance with Ghana?s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our platforms or services may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of any third parties.


11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services or user access at our discretion for violation of these terms or for any unlawful conduct.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Pribet Group Ghana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
